Dr. Yakin has been in private practice in West Tennessee since 1997 where he settled after completing his orthopaedic training. While running his practice, he served as a professor for the Sports, Orthopaedics and Spine Sports Medicine fellowship program as well a clinical instructor for the Bethel University Physician Assistant program. He was also an orthopaedic instructor for the University of Tennessee Family Medicine Program. In 2016, he relocated to Fayetteville to join Advanced Orthopaedics where he serves as a team physician of the University of Arkansas in addition to his private practice.
