Dr. Worley is a primary care sports medicine physician who joined AOS in July 2016. He provides comprehensive sports medicine care for athletes and management of musculoskeletal injuries. He is a graduate of St. George’s School of Medicine. Dr. Worley completed his internal medicine residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and his primary care sports medicine fellowship at Atlantic Sports Health in New Jersey. During his fellowship he provided coverage and care for the New York Jets, Seton Hall University, New Jersey City University and Montclair State University. Currently he is a team physician for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks.
Dr. Worley is board certified in internal medicine with a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine as well as the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Worley serves as faculty within the University of Arkansas for Medical Science (UAMS) Northwest Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is also an assistant professor at UAMS Northwest in the department of family and preventive medicine.
Dr. Worley became interested in primary care sports medicine while serving as a student athletic trainer at the University of Tennessee. In his free time he enjoys traveling and attending sporting events. He is married to Dr. Sarah Worley who practices internal medicine in Springdale. They reside in Fayetteville with their two dogs, Tee and Jet.
